The speaker tells a tale of one who looks into a constant mirror that gives the exact view of what is hidden from seat eyes view. We do non shape ourselves as others do. Some hatful try to falsify or lie to themselves about what the discover because they are non happy with what they are or take for become. They are ashamed of what they are. The mirror will always be there to set apart the lies from the truth and show what is in truth there. The poem tells a story from the point of view that a mirror would see.
